Blue Collar Bar on North Henderson in Dallas is having a "Boo Collar Bar" night that is sure to be lots of fun for this Dallas Halloween. The "newest Dallas bar" is taking off well with great drinks and food that one would think "not to be found in bars".

Chef Rolf Hoivik is gearing the bar for great food to be accompanied with great beers, wines and drinks. Check out the chef's great appetizers, sandwiches [handhelds] and entrees that will satisfy the most demanding bar appetite.

Some tasty Dallas bar food items available from Chef Hoivik:
  1. Cheesy Tornado Fries- covered with cheese, bacon bits, green onions and jalapenos with ranch dressing on the side.
  2. Meatball Poppers- barbecue sauce on the side.
  3. Corn Fritters- made with sweet corn and sour cream ancho dressing, proprietary style.
  4. Fried Cheese Balls- these scrumptious morsels are made from lightly smoked cheddar cheese and mascarpone then rolled in Japanese bread crumbs to bring a delicious crunchy yet creamy delight to the table.
  5. Fried Pickle Chips- yes as described. These are sliced pickle chips that are battered then fried; simply delicious.
