Blue Collar Bar Grand Opening

The Grand Opening of Blue Collar Bar in Dallas - [1924 N. Henderson Ave., Dallas] is coming November, 20, 2008 starting at 7:00 PM. This is sure to be a cool event with lots of fun and fun people. Dallas Blue Collar Bar is gathering local and friends of others to party and socialize in this "local dive bar". The club host's a variety of local beers including a local slew of Texas St. Arnold's beers such as:

2. Texas Wheat
3. Elissa I.P.A.
4. Amber Ale
5. Christmas Ale

Chef Rolf Hoivik has a challenge to pass people hand food for the evening that includes:

1. Corn Fritters
2. Meat ball poppers
3. Fried Pickles
4. Assorted cut sandwiches
5. and other tasty items

Blue Collar Bar Presidential Celebration

Tuesday night was busy at Blue Collar Bar in Dallas on Henderson with the Presidential Election underway Tuesday night; lots of people. People were enthusiastic about the new political climate and the drinks and food were underway with Chef Hoivik.

We had throwback $2 Schlitz and Meatloaf dinners to end the eventful evening. Nice Dallas dive bar, no dress code, not pretentious, low-bill when desired with food and beer/beverage.
